"Mark and Taylor were great! They were at the restaurant early and were set up in no time. Mark was very nice and was on top of the schedule, checking with us and our coordinator and wedding party on the timing of various events. He stayed calm and pleasant through all the hectic-ness. He made sure he had the details of the various events and then worked independently on the side. If we needed him, he was right there, if we didn't he blended in to the background, all while playing exactly what we wanted and what kept the dance floor full. He needed very little instruction but was welcome to any and all suggestions we had for him.

He had a great sense of humor and knew exactly what type of songs we liked. He kept the dance floor full all night, except for the two songs I requested just for fun (Hot Stepper and Back Street Boys). He faded those songs out perfectly after I got a good taste of them. He also did a perfect job on our first dance by cutting the song short since I didn't want to dance for too long in front of everyone. We didn't have to worry about him all night because he knew exactly what he was doing. Taylor made sure everyone at the photobooth was having fun. Together, they are a great team! Both are very nice and fun people. These are the people you want at a party.

We've been to many weddings but Mark is the best DJ we've ever seen at any wedding. After talking to Mark and seeing how a good DJ is suppose to work, we started critiqueing other DJ's at other weddings. We notice how other DJ's play music just to play it and they don't notice what is going on at the dance floor. The dance floor would be empty but they would just keep playing the same songs. You really have to have some good experience to be able to DJ on the fly and be able to adapt to anything. Mark did exactly that and played the exact type of songs we and the dancers wanted. You guys really are the best DJ's we've seen. Great people too! Everyone at the office is also so nice and welcoming.

We are very relieved that the wedding is over but we kind of wished we had more time to enjoy Mark's D-Jaying that night and also spend more time talking/joking with him and Taylor. We will definitely keep you in mind for any future events that call for a DJ. We already recommended you to another friend for his holiday party!"

"Both Patrick and I would like to thank the Denon & Doyle staff for being total rockstars. Jason was the best DJ you could ask for. He was professional, friendly and was excellent at reading what the crowd wanted to dance too. Although the dance floor was small it was always packed thanks to him. The belle of the ball was the photo booth. Aside from Jason, the photo booth was probably the single best thing we spent money on for our wedding. Dare I even say it eclipsed our open bar? "The DJ was a hit for the party, so much so that we had one of our partners literally “dancing on the table”. I’ll try and send you a picture, that’s a testimonial you can use! To my knowledge he was sober at the time of the dance!

Kevin was excellent, after dinner he got the entire party dancing. Good mix of slow music, some “oldies” and the new stuff. The evening started out a little hectic for him with his vehicle, but the Solage folks helped him out, he maintained his cool, and came back and rocked the house. In fact had he not told me about the car problem, I wouldn’t have known, so he was right up front with us, and there really wasn’t an issue.

I do think we were having a little too much fun, Solage at first said we would need to “turn it down” at 10:00 pm, but after the table dancing, they asked me to “shut it down” at 10:00pm.

Overall we were very pleased with the service and would recommend your company and Kevin to our friends!"

"Thank you so much! Brian was amazing. He surpassed any and all ideas I previously had of what a DJ would be like. He acted as our wing-man for the entire event. For example, early in the evening, even before the dancing started, the temperature in the room was passing uncomfortable on the way to pizza-oven range. Most people didn't notice, but Brian picked up on the pallor of my face and immediately worked with the coordinator to correct the situation. In between courses, Brian discretely came over let me know that the facility engineer's were working on lowering the temperature, handed me an ice cold bottle of water, and encouraged me to hang in there. Brian was on top of everything that evening. He kept the party lively enough for the younger group yet still included the more experienced generation in the festivities. It was the perfect mix. I've heard countless stories about my now brother-in-law's wedding and how it was such an amazing party that the DJ was leaning across the table as if he was actually in a club or at a rave. Nick and I wanted as much of that as we could get (his brother was married right out of college, and we're a little further removed from that age, AKA older. We didn't think we would be "rocking out" as much as they did, but hoped to come close). And Brian gave us that. Don't get me wrong, he never acted inappropriately. But he did make sure that our reception is one of those that other people will think, 'I want to have as awesome of a party as they did'.

We were announced to a little Queen and he timed out the wedding party and us perfectly! Dinner music was the best,,, just perfect! His quick and relevant announcements were also the best! I hope our wedding coordinator was cool with him. First Dance, Father/Daughter Dance, Mother/Son Dance, Garder/Bouquet Toss... everything was perfect!

"Bridgit and I just got back from our honeymoon! This past month has been awesome. Denon and Doyle are amazing.

First off, the photo booth was a hit with all the guests and it basically replaced the guest book. Second, the lights were set up perfectly and added a nice touch and created a great ambiance. Third, and most importantly, Abe was GREAT!!!! He read the crowd perfectly. He was able to incorporate our ethnic music and mix in our own special style. He did all this while keeping everyone on the dance floor. Many of our guests took note and commented on his skills. I would say Abe is cool, knows how to read a crowd, has a good understanding of what's appropriate and timely, and can interject at the right moments. He served as our MC and exceeded all expectations. Aside form his DJ mastery, Abe is a kind and accommodating person. He responded to emails quickly and provided helpful suggestions. Unique to our wedding situation, Abe was able to perfectly coordinate playing our first dance song right where Bridgit and I left off performing. Our performance was definitely a highlight of the night and Abe was critical in making it a success. I would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat.

"Alex was great! He really did an excellent job at our wedding and helped us through some "pinches" so that none of the guests noticed. For example, our pictures ran late, so he covered the dinner hour since our live music couldn't stay, and played a really nice selection of music. And, to quote one of my friends at the wedding, he played "the best dancing three-song combo at any wedding he's been to" to start the party moving! He did a great job keeping the party alive the whole night and giving us as much dance time as we could despite our late start. It was such a shock when he announced that he only had two songs left-- everyone could have danced for much longer. I really appreciated how he frequently checked in with Tyler and I to make sure that we were all on the same page. I also really appreciated how he did many "non-DJ" things to help out-- like help direct me on where to go when I arrived at the Brazil Room, and checking to make sure that Tyler was not where I needed to be before the ceremony, etc. He was very professional, always had a smile on his face, and we were very, very happy with him. "Kevin was absolutely amazing! Kevin had the timeline down to the minute, had everything under control, and did everything we asked him to do. He got all our guests dancing to the very last song and today, everyone kept telling us how smoothly the night went and how much fun they had, especially with the photobooth. (The photobooth tech, Austin I believe was his name, was awesome as well. He was very helpful, polite, and a lot of fun.) I am so glad we went with Kevin and the photobooth :)

The only part of our day that didn't go smoothly was during our ceremony... the technician/sound guy kept messing up!! He started playing the music at the wrong moments, then would cut off the songs abruptly, AND he played the wrong songs during certain parts of our ceremony... made me wish we had Kevin do our ceremony music also!

I've heard it said that the DJ is the one who pretty much makes or breaks the dinner reception... well, Kevin certainly made our night and we couldn't be happier. He is a great asset to D&D.

Thanks again for being so thorough throughout the process. I honestly can't think of another thing D&D could have done to make our day any better... I'll be telling all my engaged friends about Kevin and D&D!

"Everything was just perfect!!! Our wedding went off without a hitch, and a lot of it was due to Chad and his wonderful talent. "We just got back from our honeymoon yesterday and are slowly readjusting to the "real world"... it isn't easy! We were thrilled with the music at our wedding. Kevin really listened to what Gary and I discussed with him regarding what music to play (and not play), including specific "must plays" and also more general types of music we wanted. For example, we were clear that we wanted NO cheesy songs like YMCA, the chicken dance, or the Macarena. We were so impressed when Kevin declined a request to play the Cha Cha Slide (even though we didn't specifically name it) because it fell in the "cheesy dance song" category. (We are also happy with his flexibility when we told him to go ahead and play the song anyway. :)) Kevin also delivered when it came to his "style" and level of involvement at the wedding. We had asked Kevin to help announce the first dance, cake cutting, etc.. but we were clear that we weren't looking for a cheesy MC, and were really wanting the music to "do the talking" and get people on the dance floor. We got exactly what we wanted and everyone had an amazing time! Even the music during the cocktail hour and dinner was perfect (and we gave little to no direction on that, except naming a few songs as examples of the type of music we wanted). Please send along our thanks and compliments to Kevin! Lastly, Denon & Doyle (and you in particular, Brian) was a pleasure to work with leading up to the wedding. "Both Rachel and I wanted to extend our sincerest gratitude to Kevin. He was no less than superb for our reception. There were 350 people present and I cannot begin to tell you how many compliments we got for our reception. So many people came up to us and said they've been to a billion weddings and this, by far, was the most fun they had. A lot of that is attributable to Kevin. He kept things moving, he was engaging with our crowd and he was also respectful in not over stepping his bounds or being too front and center with his Emceeing. In a word, Kevin was very professional.

I will also mention that we had a very wide ranging crowd. We had a span from the very conservative to those who really liked to party, and Kevin was able to keep everybody engaged throughout the reception.

In one word, Chris Mowery is nothing short of AMAZING!!

Not only did Chris make the reception a wonderful event for all of our guests, he tailored each detail of the reception to our needs and requests. Chris was accomidating before our event and went above and beyond his duties on the day of the event. He even stayed with us during pictures to ensure that we had the necessary drinks/snacks needed to keep us happy.

Anne and I honestly could not have asked for (or imagined) a better DJ for our special day. After returning from our honeymoon, Anne and I have spoken to many of our guests and reminisced about our ceremony and reception. More than half of the people we have spoken to have made comments about the music, and the DJ, and how both were amazing. Chris successfully entertained all 200 guests for the entire reception, and never once was the dance floor empty or did the reception lag.

I could praise Chris all day, but the bottom line is that he truly was a perfect fit for our event. Anne and I feel like we've gained a friend in Chris as well. As one of the first couples in our group of friends to get married, we will most certainly recommend Chris, and Denon & Doyle, for any future events. Chris represented Denon & Doyle in a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable way. He is an amazing representative for your organization.
