Seth Glasman
To borrow a phrase, Seth doesn't mind telling you he's a "wild and crazy guy". But this former class clown (who still gets good grades, mind you) always had more to him than a red nose and squirting daisy on his lapel.
He started his first business in the fifth grade. The hustle? Drawing stick figures on other kids arms and calling them tattoos. By his own admission, he's not even close to an artist. These were simply stick figures with hair. His take: fifty cents per. Do not think for a minute that's chump change for an 11 year-old with no expenses. Suddenly, he could afford the good candy.
In the following year or two, he and a friend went to enough Bar Mitzvahs that they realized they knew the schtick at least as well as the guys running the show. So they got a little equipment and started booking themselves out (with mom and dad kindly enough hauling them to and from their gigs). He called himself an emcee, but admits he was more of "a kid running around with a microphone acting crazy".
The upshot was that he was in control, telling parents what to do, spending ridiculous sums of money on sweets, and living the life of a big shot on the junior high campus. Life ...was good. Flash forward to now. He's a pro with us (and we're happy to have him). He's still nuts on the mic, when necessary. And he's studying to be a litigator. Why? "I can talk people into anything", he boasts, adding: "I'm very persuasive, but not a good liar."
We should be thankful for small favors.

"I know I expressed concern at one point and you assured me Seth was the man. Then I met him and the girls and I were really excited. We had a few more bumps - the guy is busy :-). I have to say he was worth it; more than I could ever imagine! Seeing is believing is what comes to mind. You had to be there. I don't even know where to begin.
Seth was more than we expected even with what you told us. He believed in his team. He talked up the whole group. He suggested we get another person and upgrade our package and he was right.
I told Seth when we met, at our wedding everyone got up and danced - we had a caribbean band - and I wanted the same for the girls' party. He said if we have dancers he would have them up. They made it happen, everyone was dancing by the end of the night!
Seth took care of everything. I am one who stays on top of everything. He told me I've got it Anita; I'll handle everything, you can relax. He did; he took care of everything. He was on top of everything. I was so impressed and so thrilled. I had a great time.
When Tyrone came out as Spider Man and did his break dance the kids went wild not to mention the adults that saw him! The ONLY suggestion I would have is, the kids were so excited they crowded around him and the adults who were sitting missed out -- I would position them in advance so everyone could see him! This is not a complaint just a wish I had for those who didn't get to see him. He was everything Seth said he would be.
The young women Ari and Amanda were fabulous dancers and non stop. They mixed in with the crowd and the energy was unbelievable. They were infectious and so nice. Not too much either - they really knew how to be in the group.
They all worked great together. They seemed like they were having fun versus doing their job. I cannot say enough about Seth and what a great MC/team leader he was.
People are still sending me emails about what a great party it was! Your team made the party what it was - FABULOUS!!!! I would definitely use D&D again and I would request the same group, especially Seth - as busy as he is :-). Like the saying says, give the job to the busiest person and they'll get it done. He did; they all did. What a team!"

Your organization works well with people, knows exactly what to do and helps people walk through the steps to land on a fantastic party. From you, to the office staff, to Seth, JT and Drew, everything was smooth sailing for us. Seth, JT and Drew pulled in the kids and the adults for a night of dancing and fun. One of my closest friends just said to me “Whatever you paid for those guys it was worth 3 times the cost.” I did nothing at the party but danced and had fun, knowing that Seth was running the show. "Wow! Words cannot even begin to explain how amazing our prom was. Seth was an amazing DJ! He exceeded all of our expectations! He played all the music we wanted, he took all the students requests, he kept everyone on the dance floor from beginning to end and he earned the respect of the students from the beginning which was extremely important to us! A million words could not explain how happy we were at the end of the night! We had no stress the whole night because Mark and Seth were on top of everything! Also, the photobooth was a huge hit! Mark was great at keeping everything organized and keeping control! The booth fit perfect with our theme as well! The whole night was great and we could not have asked for anything better. "From the moment I met with Seth (our MC), I knew we had made the right decision to hire Denon and Doyle for my daughter's Bat Mitzvah. He helped my daughter and I choose the music and plan the entire evening. Minute by minute of her four hour party, Seth and Jon managed the festivities seamlessly. My daughter had her grand entrance (to her favorite song!), she was lifted up in a chair while we danced the horah, my husband and I were queued for the welcome toast, they orchestrated her candle lighting ceremony, and the father daughter dance. The kids are still raving about the party and the adults said it was one of the most memorable family events they had ever had. The house rocked and EVERYONE tore it up. What I am most thankful for, though, is the fact that I arrived the moment the party started (and the music was already playing), enjoyed my friends, danced all night long, and never had to worry about "running" the event. Seth and Jon inspired our guests to just let go, laugh, and dance all night long. We will absolutely ask them back for our second daughter's next Bat Mitzvah in 22 months!"

"From the first meeting a few months ago, we have been consistently pleased with the professionalism of your company. This was our first bar mitvah so we weren't sure what type of package we would need. Your guidance was very much appreciated and we ended up having the perfect group to entertain 120 people at our home. A few weeks before the party, Seth came out to meet with Nick and me and helped us put together a song list that we knew would work perfectly. He was energetic and, after he left, we were very excited for the big day. When Seth, Drew and Ari arrived (on time!) for the party, they quickly set everything up for our event. They were very accommodating and flexible. Even though the party didn't officially start until 5:30, they started playing fun, dance music so everyone else setting up for the party could relax and enjoy themselves. Once the guests arrived they kicked it in to high gear. They maintained a perfect balance between high energy songs and slow songs. They were successful in keeping everyone on the dance floor. They made sure that Nick was honored appropriately and yet not embarrassed. Ari was incredible at motivating the crowd (who couldn't be motivated by her?!) and Drew played all the right songs, including many that we hadn't included on our song list. Seth checked in with David and me throughout the evening to make sure that everything was just right. I was particularly impressed with the fact that Ari came out to the front yard to check and make sure that the kids were not hanging out by themselves. I happened to be out front, saying good-bye to my neighbors and she poked her head out the front door, said "Hello" and asked if there were any kids outside. We let her know that we were the only ones there but it gave me such peace of mind to know that she was roaming to make sure Nick's friends were staying out of trouble (-: All in all, it was a fantastic evening thanks to this team. Nick heard from many of his friends later that evening that they had a great time! We hope to work with you again in the near future."
